Using advanced in-house AutoCAD software, the TLS Defence engineering team delivers complete electrical control panel design packages tailored for defence and industrial applications. Our detailed documentation includes electrical schematics, internal and external layouts, terminal arrangements, cable schedules, and comprehensive parts lists to ensure seamless manufacturing, installation, and maintenance.

We are also able to manufacture control panels directly from client-supplied designs and specifications, providing a flexible service to support project requirements and existing engineering standards.

Motor Control Centres & LV Distribution Boards

TLS Defence provides a wide range of Motor Control Centres designed for both conventional and intelligent motor starter applications. Our MCC systems are engineered, manufactured, and rigorously tested to comply with BS EN 61439 standards, ensuring reliability, safety, and long-term performance.

We manufacture LV switchboards in a variety of configurations and form separations in accordance with BS EN 61439-2 requirements.

Our systems include:

  • Custom-built modular and fully welded switchboards

  • LV busbar system design, manufacture, and testing

  • Busbar certification up to 2500A at 50kA for 3 seconds

  • Distribution boards to recognised Form and Type standards
